Adam Odegard

Adam is a seasoned food and beverage professional with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently Adam was Vice President of Food and Beverage for Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Connecticut. Adam oversaw the F&B development and daily operations of this iconic property.

 

Previously Adam was president of Epicurean Strategic Partners a full-service hospitality management company. Adam had a variety of management projects from development to operations. Adam enjoyed a successful 12-year career with MGM Resorts. As Vice President of Food and Beverage Mandalay Bay, Adam led 10 directors and 3,000 employees in the F&B division that generated in excess of $200 million in annual F&B revenue. Adam has collaborated with celebrity chef partners Alain Ducasse, Charlie Palmer, RickMoonen, Hubert Keller and Richard Sandoval, among others.

As Vice President of Food and Beverage for Treasure Island Adam created, developed and operated an award-winning mix of restaurants including:

• Isla Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar | Designed by Jeffry Beers

• Dishes | A completely renovated and redesigned buffet, that was arguably one of the best in Las Vegas
• Tangerine Nightclub
• Canter’s Deli | The iconic establishment from L.A.

Adam also developed the F&B program for MGM Grand Atlantic City when the project was active and was slated as opening Vice President of Food and Beverage. Adam was on the opening team for Aria Resort and Casino at City Center and Beau Rivage, Biloxi Mississippi. Adam was the Diversity Chairman of Treasure Island and helped structure the corporate templet for Diversity. Adam’s career has lead him around the world from the Middle East to Melbourne Australia. Adam was classically trained at Ecole du La Varenne in Paris, France. Executive Chef of The Ritz Carlton, New York, and later the Executive Chef of the Five-Diamond Peninsula, New York.

 

Adam has been featured on numerous cooking shows on Food TV Network when it was first launched, with hosts Burt Wolf, Bill Boggs, and Robin Leach.
