Assist renowned restaurateur Kent Harman with
Operational Critical Path including;
• Assist with Menu Development and document menu
matrix and recipes used for training staff.
• Documentation of all orientation and operational
training programs
• Organization and execution of hourly Job Fair
• Conduct all Salaried & Hourly staffing & training
• Coordinate Opening parties
• Conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions on New Hire
