  • Menu Development

Menu Development starts with the concept. Our diverse backgrounds in development and execution of different projects has enable us to build a deep file of proven F&B menu concepts. Based in the two food and beverage meccas of the world in Las Vegas and New York, we as a group are continually exposed to new and cutting edge restaurants, bars and nightlife as well as classic proven concepts.

  • TIPS Certification

Becoming certified as a TIPS trainer offers many advantages such as the flexibility to conduct training sessions where and when you need them, a substantial savings over online training, and a supplemental revenue.

 

All of our sessions are conducted by certified TIPS trainers who, in addition to their extensive work experience in your industry, have completed a rigorous two-day, Train-the-Trainer workshop.
